We are happy to provide customers with an exchange when contacting us within 7 days after tracking has shown that you've received your order. Items must be clean, unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

Returns for refund are not given under any circumstance as our policy is Exchanges Only. No Exceptions. We do not process direct exchanges or refunds. Once an item is returned to us, we will reach out to you via email and you can buy the size needed or a different style, use the credit as you would like. We cannot cancel orders that have been processed and shipped or are in the transit process.
